Liberation Fairtrade Nuts

Liberation - Nuts About Fair Trade

Liberation Foods are based in London and are joining The Fair Trade liberation.
It's amazing that all of our food products are not Fair Trade. The farmers and the people that harvest the foods that we eat should all be rewarded correctly and treated like our heroes. Without them, a lot of foods wouldn't be enjoyed all around the world.
How is it fair that the big bosses of companies earn millions and the producers earn pittance. It's disgusting.
So these nuts are completely Fair Trade and delicious !
The nuts are shipped from Africa, India and Latin America.

Nuts are extremely good for you, as they contain protein, minerals, unsaturated fats and vitamins and minerals. They are linked to having low cholesterol, help keep your heart in check, and can also lower your cancer risk. They are also proven to increase your life!
A lot of people say nuts are boring......but if you eat the Liberation Nuts, you'll soon find out that nuts don't have to be boring, they can be full of flavour from a mild lime, to explode in your mouth chilli, or......both!
I tasted these nuts with Miss M and Mr C and we thoroughly enjoyed all of them. My personal favourite was the Oven Baked Peppercorn Peanuts with Cashews & Habas Fritas Crunchy Beans - the pink pack! I loved the extra crunchy beans, if they did a pack of just those, that would be awesome too. Mr C had an overall favourite of the Oven Baked Chilli and Lime Cashews with Peanuts & Roasted Corn - the red pack. Again, I loved the corn mixed with the nuts, it gave the mix a something extra. The chilli sure did give the nuts a kick! Three packs disappeared very quickly, they were all really nice ....and very easy to eat.

On each pack, where they suggest you open it, it says "liberate us" I thought this was so cute, and so much more imaginative than saying 'open here'.

If you see Liberation Nuts in the shops you must get a pack or two, or they really do have a lot of flavour and are a great snack and Good For You and the workers involved.

Go it the Fair Trade Way!
