Doisy and Dam Chocolates

Doisy and Dam have produced super food chocolate, all handmade in Norfolk UK. The first thing that stands out is the coloured packaging, its so bright and really catches your eye. Now if you love dark Chocolate then these are definitely for you. The taste is amazing, and certainly different!
They produce 100g and 40g bars, so you can have one on the go and one to stay at home, or to share...if you don't mind sharing chocolate that is .......
I had four out of five flavours.
Red: ginger chilli flakes & hemp seeds
Blue: maca, vanilla & cacao nibs
Pink: goji & orange
Purple: mulberries, chia seeds & spirulina

They now have a new flavour of Coconut and Lucuma! This is in a green box.

All the bars are organic, Gluten free and suitable for Vegans.

Let's just have a run through as to why these are 'healthy' chocolates.
Dark chocolate has 4 times as much iron as red meat, 5 times more calcium than milk, 20 times more fibre than spinach. It can also reduced bad cholesterol.
Spirulina has 23 times more iron than spinach and 39 times more beta carotene than carrots.
Maca root powder provides calcium, iron and vitamin B12.
Cacao is full of antioxidants.
Goji berries have 500 times more vitamin C than oranges and 20 times more antioxidants than spinach.
Hemp seeds are a fantastic source of protein and rich in minerals.

All proportions are gram to gram.

So, they really are super chocolates.

My favourite by far is the Purple One - mulberries, chia seeds and spirulina.
The Red One - with Chilli and Ginger absolutely blew my head off. This is chocolate with a huge kick! Great for anyone who loves hot spices! It has a very intense flavour and you can actually see and chew on the chilli flakes.
They come as single bars, but I think, they would gorgeous in a box all wrapped up for a gift. It is a very smooth chocolate and it 74% dark chocolate, it is very dark, which is perfect for your Chocolate
fixes. Little bit at a time!

If you see these, make sure you give them a try, as they are definitely not like any chocolate I've ever tasted. Posh Chocs!
