Infinity Dream Awards

I have been awarded by the lovely Annie Buls to tell you about myself in the Infinity Dream Awards. Its not something I do often, but I'm in ! Thank you so much for including me.
Annie is a vegetarian lifestyle blogger who believes in love at first sight and loves cats.

So the Rules are pretty simple:
  • Thank the person who tagged you for this award
  • give us 11 facts about you.
  • answer 11 questions the blogger who tagged you asked.
  • make 11 questions for the bloggers you going to tag.
  • And tag other bloggers.
So here's my 11 Facts about me:

1. I'm at SAHM who is currently feeling like I want to start doing more things for me.
2. I'm a proper shortie 4.11ft so I hate buying clothes (but wish I could do it more often)
3. I fancy walking all over Britain.
4. I wanted to run my own hotel when I was in my teens. (Didn't happen though)
5. I actually really enjoy gardening and find it very therapeutic
6. I complained about a restaurant, it was so bad that the Chef was fired.
7. I have to listen to a story through my Ipod to get to sleep at night.
8. I have two rescue dogs from Cyprus. They arrived to me last June and I love them.
9. I have always been against any kind of animal abuse and have protested and signed hundreds of petitions. I used to donate to all the animal charities.
10. Having children has completely changed my life.
11. I really hate housework.

Here are Annies questions for me:

1. How did you start blogging?
I've been wanting to blog for just over 10 years as I felt it could be a way of getting things off your chest, however, I was always good at reviewing items on Amazon and restaurants on Trip advisor, so I thought I'd put all my reviews on my own blog.

2. Who is the most important person in your life?
I don't have just one. I have a husband, two kids, my parents and my best friends. Although, if I had to pick, it would be my kids.

3. What music do you listen to?
A complete variety. My goodness, this morning on my ipod I have listened to hard garage, house, pop, indie country and even a bit of classical. I love ipod shuffle !!

4. Is there any life advices or tips you have learned in the last year?
Don't waste your time on people that wouldn't give you the time back. Remember to do things for yourself and stop sacrificing your time on others.

5. What's your plans for this summer?
No plans as yet, lots of walking in the sunshine. I fancy taking the kids to Wales.

6. If you could go anywhere in the world for a month, where would you go?
I would definitely without a doubt tour America.

7. What book are you reading currently or what was the last one you read?
On my kindle app I'm reading Red Hunter's Moon by Robb Duncan - this is a really good intense book, which actually mentions my local areas a lot, and on my Ipod I'm listening to Wild: A Journey from Lost to Found by Cheryl Strayed - this is bloody brilliant, and is very inspiring. I have listened to quite a few times now, and makes me want to be me and walk for fun.

8. Tell me some funny story from your life.
This is a hard question, as what is funny, is also really stupid sometimes, but later on in life, it is classed as a funny story. Like when I was on holiday with my friend and my mum and her friend. I was 14, and we went on a boat trip Greek island hopping. Well, myself and my friend somehow stupidly got off the boat at the wrong stop !! This was in the day of no mobile phones !! So my poor mum and her friend had to get off the boat at the next stop and get a boat to come back see if we were there. Scary at the time, but we do laugh about it now.
Another quick one is when I stupidly took my snowboard off my ankle attachment to take a photo (I don't know I did this) and then watched in slow snowboard slide down the slope and fly off the cliff. No, I wasn't insured either, as I was the one that said we wouldn't need it !!! Karma!!

9. Is there anyone who inspires you to keep doing what you're doing? Like blogging or studying for your dream profession!
There are lots of people who inspire me, but I generally don't go ahead with my inspirations.
London Bird Lucy told me to go ahead and start blogging. She made it sound so easy, she is also a good friend.
I have other friends and strong women that have inspired me to work hard and loose weight and get toned and fit again just like I was pre kids and pre sitting on my arse at my last job. I think I'm doing really well. last time I weighed myself I was 7.09 stone and my walking is getting faster and longer. I did almost 9k in 90 minutes.

10.What's your goals for September?
To start making money with my blog and also to keep training for a long distance walk that I want to do next year.

11. How is 2016 treating you so far?
So far, not bad actually. I have achieved so much already and I just want to continue to get better and maybe inspire others to do the same.

I tag these lovely lot to join me:
