Enertor - Usain Bolt Endorsed Insoles

Who wants to run like Usain Bolt? How amazing would it be to be able to reach that 5km, 10km, 20km milestone with ease?
I've been attempting to run this year but I've really struggled to actually run continuously, I'm much better at walking ....So I do what I can when I can. I do find that when I run in some trainers, I can feel every step or bounce up my leg, and this is not good. I was asked if I would like to try out Enertor Performance Full Insoles. Now this wasn't because they thought they would turn me into the fastest woman on the Earth, but they wanted to encourage me and help me further.
So many of us stand on our feet all day and quite a few people get foot pains. After a long day on your feet, the only thing people are thinking of is getting the shoes off and your feet up.

However detailed new research from Enertor suggests the majority of us have regular and consistent foot pain but are clueless about how to prevent it.

The research shows:
Almost two-thirds (64%) of the population suffer from foot pain.
Almost 5 out of 10 women (49%) and 4 out of 10 (43%) men say they have sore feet at least once/week.
Almost a quarter of the population (23.63% women & 22.04% men) says they have sore feet more than three times/week.
The average Briton is on their feet for 5 hours and 9 minutes, rising to 5hrs 46 mins for 25-34 year olds.
Foot arches and heels are the most problematic areas for most people.
Every age group, every region and both men and women wrongly believe a hot soak is a better cure than a good insole for sore feet.
Every age group, every region and both men and women wrongly believe a soft insole to be better than a hard one.

Nick Beresford, co-founder and CEO of Enertor who make the insoles Usain Bolt uses says, “Two thirds of us regularly have sore feet, yet less than a third use proper insoles. Swapping in proper insoles could mean a lot less pain for a lot less people."

Enertor insoles are patented with the D30 shock absorption which cushion your foot when it moves. They are especially moulded to fit your natural foot shape and to eliminate any stress on your foot and any injuries to your legs.

Its all very technical and scientific, but, for us it is pure comfort and easier on our muscles when running, bouncing, walking or just standing still.
I haven't been running in mine, but I've done a lot of walking and bouncing on my mini trampoline, and they have been fantastic. They feel really natural and are completely cushioned. Bouncing in them has been great, as I have no shocks up the legs and my heel has been perfectly protected. I really want to ski in them to try them out, as I find ski shoes can be quite hard sometimes, but I will have to wait until Christmas eve for that as we are going to the Snow Centre in Hemel then.

They have a higher heel step, so they fit perfectly in any shoe and boot, and you can literally wear them all day. You just need to remove the original insole from your shoe and replace it with the Enertor Insole. Here's a bonus part ..... you can remove them to wash them !!! So if you prefer to not wear socks, you can remove them and wash them in cold water with a mild detergent.

These have been brilliant for me, and I highly recommend anyone to try them. You can buy them as a gift for Christmas for anyone that complains about their feet, or if they have a very demanding standing job. Better still, you can get them now before you start the mad dash around the shops buying gifts.

I truely believe these are designed for anyone and everyone, not just runners or amazing record breaking sprinters. However, if its good enough and perfect for them, its got to be perfect for us lesser mortals.

They come in three designs, the full insole which is what I have, then they have the 3/4 length insoles, and then they also sell just the heel cup. I prefer the full insole as my foot is more comfortable. These can be bought direct online on Amazon.

Do you wear insoles, or would you prefer that Enertor produced their own trainers?
